I invite you to join me on a Sacred Journey, where Water serves as our metaphor and inspiration. Each day we will engage in embodied practices within a serene environment to awaken and deepen our connection to the element of Water.
*Throughout our week long retreat, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a variety of enriching experiences, including:
Sacred Fluid Body Yoga: Delve into specially curated yoga sessions designed to stimulate lymphatic flow, promoting detoxification, fluidity, vitality, and overall well-being.
Shaking Medicine: Explore the ancient practice of Shaking Medicine, a gentle yet powerful technique aimed at releasing tension, stagnation and trauma, restoring balance, and reconnecting with your body's innate wisdom.
Daily Rejuvenation by the Ocean: Find solace and serenity as you bask in the beauty of Yelapa's shores, allowing the calming embrace of the ocean to inspire deep relaxation, embodied fluidity, and renewal.
Healthy fresh locally sourced food to support your journey.
Time for rest, and exploration.

November 3rd
- *9:30am* Meet at designated cafe in Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone.
- *10:00* Short walk to Malecon pier to catch our private water taxi to Yelapa! (Approximately 45 minutes)
- **11:00am** Arrive in Yelapa, guided walking tour of the village. (Meanwhile your luggage will be securely delivered to your lodging at Pura Vida.)
- **12:30pm** Welcome lunch at Pura Vida.
- **2pm** Opening Ceremony for our Retreat.
- **4pm** Gentle Yoga
- **6:30pm** Healthy Dinner
November 4-8
- **8:00am - 9:00am:** Light breakfast with coffee and tea options available.
- **9:00am - 11:00am:** Sacred Fluid Body Yoga and Meditation session to awaken the fluid body, and soothe the nervous system in a harmonious flow. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
- **11:00am - 12:00pm:** Indulge in free time or rejuvenate in the salt water pool, embracing the tranquility of the surroundings.
- **12:00pm - 1:00pm:** Nourishing lunch.
- **1:00pm - 4:00pm:** Choose your personalized session:
1) Indulge in massages: Watsu, Deep Tissue, Energy Healing, Relaxation Massage, Or journaling by the ocean. (Please note, massage sessions are at an additional cost.)
2) Enjoy a revitalizing nap.
**4:00pm - 6:00pm (Alternating):**
Sacred Water Ceremony: Experience Energy Healing and nervous system regulation through the transformative power of water.
Shaking Medicine Journey: Activate your body's natural tremoring mechanism to release tension, promote fluidity, and enter a state of profound relaxation.
**6:30pm:** Savor a Delicious Healthy Dinner while reflecting on the day's experiences. Afterwards, enjoy some free time to unwind and prepare for a restful night's sleep, serenaded by the soothing sounds of ocean waves.
**Waterfall Wednesday!**
Our Wednesday schedule will offer a delightful variation as we will enjoy a scenic walk to the town waterfall, followed by a memorable lunch at Nodo’s, a cherished family-run restaurant celebrating ancestral recipes and culinary traditions. We'll receive a special Water Blessing from the owner, Deyda, as a heartfelt addition to our journey.
November 9Th Our final day

*10am* Scenic boat ride back to Puerto Vallarta. We will arrive Puerto Vallarta by 11am and assist you in getting to the airport stress free! (Return flights should be no earlier than 2pm.)

Yelapa is a small beach town located in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. It is accessible only by boat, and is known for its peaceful atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and lush jungle scenery.
Yelapa has a reputation as a bohemian paradise, attracting artists, musicians, and travelers seeking a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. It is also popular for activities like hiking, swimming, snorkeling, and whale watching.

What is included
- 2 Private Water Taxis (First day) arriving Yelapa from Puerto Vallarta, (Last day) Yelapa to Puerto Vallarta (approximately 45 minutes each way.)

Other Considerations Before Booking
- All Deposits and Payments are Nonrefundable and Nontransferable
- You will need a valid passport to enter Mexico
- Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend.
ARRIVAL FLIGHT: It is highly recommended that arrival flights land in Puerto Vallarta (Airport Code PVR) no later than November 2, 2024. This will allow an evening to enjoy PV, rest from travel, and insure on time departure for the 10am November 3rd water taxi and opening ceremony of our retreat.
DEPARTURE FLIGHT: Please book your departure flight no earlier than 2pm on November 9Th, 2024. Our return water taxi departs Yelapa at 10am on the same day.
If you choose to arrive early or extend your stay we cannot include the water taxi service or accommodations, but we are happy to assist you.
Our retreat center is open-air, all beds have mosquito netting.
Yelapa is only accessible by a 45 minute boat ride. You will be required to step on and off the boat and there is a possibility of getting splashed. We recommend wearing waterproof shoes (such as Tevas) quick-dry clothes, and keeping and adventurous heart for our water taxi days.
Yelapa is a walkers paradise! That being said to attend our retreat you will need to be able to safely walk a half mile on a cobblestone path. Our retreat center and Yelapa do have a lot of stairs.
