To ensure the best experience during your virtual Holistic Lymphatic Therapy session, please follow these guidelines:
1. Hydration:
Make sure you are well-hydrated before the session.
2. Comfortable Space:
Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can be uninterrupted. Silence your phone notifications to minimize distractions.
3. Attire:
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, as you may be guided through self-lymphatic treatments. Having a dry skin brush on hand is also recommended to enhance your session.
4. Note-Taking:
Have a notebook and pen nearby in case you'd like to write down any insights or recommendations during the session.
5. Session Platform:
Your virtual session will take place via Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp. I will send you a link 15 minutes before your session begins.
During our time together, we will discuss your health goals and craft a personalized treatment plan. This plan may include lifestyle recommendations, self-lymphatic therapy techniques, simple yoga and movement exercises, and breathing techniques to support your well-being.

To fully immerse yourself in your Virtual Shaking Medicine Journey, please follow these preparation steps:
1. Hydration:
Ensure you are well-hydrated before the session begins.
2. Sacred Space:
Select a quiet, declutterred space where you can engage fully without interruptions. Consider setting the mood with dim lighting, candles, or incense to create a sacred atmosphere. Silence your phone notifications to maintain focus. Insure that you have enough space to allow freedom of movement.
3. Attire:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for free movement, as you will be guided through a journey of therapeutic shaking and movement.
4. Substance-Free Session:
Please refrain from having any plant medicine or alcohol in your system. These sessions are conducted substance-free to allow us to work with your authentic nervous system.
5. Supportive Tools:
You may want to have a blanket or pillow nearby for comfort, as well as any sacred objects or crystals that help ground your energy.
6. Note-Taking:
Keep a journal and pen close by to record any insights, emotions, or experiences that arise during the session.
7. Session Platform:
Your virtual journey will take place via Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp. I will send you a link 15 minutes before we begin. During the session, you will have the opportunity to awaken your intrinsic tremoring mechanism. Using the practice of Shaking Medicine to release tension, awaken your body's innate wisdom, and reconnect with your true self. We will also discuss your intentions for the journey and integrate any insights gained through the practice.
